Christopher Schulz

Overview

Christopher Shulz was born in California in 1974, where he currently lives and works as a contemporary sculpture artist. He is recognized for the minimalistic, streamline quality of his work, represented through diverse subjects including elephants, women, and motorcycles.

His hybrid sculptures, which often conflate handguns and sharks, confront the relationship between the man-made and natural world. His sculptures have been exhibited in the Netherlands, as well as across major cities in America including Miami, New York City, and Los Angeles. Additionally, his work has been commissioned by Transocean, as well as Isuzu and Kawasaki Motor Corporations.
